1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms govern purchases of The Silent Treatment Decoder and use of the Silence To Reconnect website at silencetoreconnect.com. The website is operated by Silence To Reconnect, referred to here as “we,” “us,” and “our.”

Please review these Terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase, subject to any acceptance requirements and mandatory rights under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and your details

The ebook is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the purchase agreement, or meet any stricter requirement that applies to you.

Provide accurate information at checkout, including an email address you can access. You are responsible for checking your contact details before completing the purchase.

3. Orders, prices, and payments

The product description, price, currency, and any applicable taxes or charges shown at checkout apply to your order. Review the final amount before authorising payment.

Payment is processed through the payment gateway offered at checkout. Its terms and privacy notice apply to information entered into its payment interface. Orders are fulfilled after payment is successfully confirmed.

Any promotional price applies only as stated for the offer and reflected in the final checkout total. A countdown display alone does not change the amount charged or establish that a price has expired.

If you notice a payment error, duplicate debit, or an unconfirmed transaction, contact support with the transaction reference. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or payment authentication codes.

4. PDF format and email delivery

Your purchase is for a digital ebook in PDF format. You will receive the ebook by email.

You will need access to your email account and a device or application capable of opening PDF files. Save a copy of the ebook for your personal reference.

If the delivery email is missing, check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address used for your order. For a missing or unreadable file, contact care@silencetoreconnect.com with your order email and payment reference so we can investigate and help resolve the delivery issue.

5. Personal-use licence and intellectual property

After a successful purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the PDF ebook for your own personal reading and reference. Buying the ebook does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. Unless we give written permission or applicable law permits it, you must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the ebook.
• Upload it to public websites, file-sharing services, or groups for others to download.
• Share copies or delivery access with people who have not purchased their own copy.
• Reproduce substantial portions, remove copyright notices, or present the content as your own.

6. Refund policy

Please review the product description, PDF format, and these Terms before paying. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered.

This policy does not exclude a refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

For non-delivery, a damaged or unreadable file, an incorrect product, or a payment problem, contact care@silencetoreconnect.com so the issue can be investigated and any required remedy considered.

7. Educational guidance and relationship outcomes

No particular outcome is guaranteed. The ebook does not promise that your partner will respond, that communication will resume, or that your relationship will be repaired. Use your own judgement when applying the guidance to your circumstances.

If you feel unsafe or face abuse, seek appropriate local help. The ebook is not an emergency service.

8. Acceptable website use
